2014年“863”计划生物和医药技术领域青年科学家专题项目受理及资助情况分析

摘　要：2014 年，“863” 计划在生物和医药技术领域率先设立青年科学家专题，为青年人才创新成长提供了一个重要平台。对青年科学家专题项目的受理及资助情况进行了分析，指出了申报中存在的问题，并提出了改进建议。

Analysis of acceptance & approval situation of Young Scientist Special Projects in biotechnological and pharmaceutical field of 863 Program in 2014

Abstract: In 2014， 863 Program set up Young Scientist Special Projects in biotechnological and pharmaceutical ield， which provides an important platform for young talents’ innovation and growth. The projects acceptance & pproval situation was reviewed and analyzed in this article， and some problems and useful suggestions were put orward.
