滤泡辅助性T细胞分化和功能的研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:滤泡辅助性T 细胞(follicular helper CD4 T cell, TFH) 是一类专门为B 细胞提供帮助的CD4 T 细胞。TFH 的分化依赖主要调控因子Bcl6 的表达,细胞表面高表达趋化因子受体CXCR5,并能分泌细胞因子IL-21。TFH 对生发中心(germinal center, GC) 的形成很重要,并调控B 细胞亲和力成熟、抗体同型转换、浆细胞分化和记忆B 细胞产生等重要生物过程,因此,对机体产生抗体的保护性免疫十分重要。现主要总结了目前对TFH 分化过程的认识、TFH 中起重要调控作用的分子,并讨论了TFH 在体液免疫中的功能。

The progress on follicular helper T cell differentiation and function

Abstract: Abstract: Follicular helper CD4 T cell is a CD4 T cell subset specialized to help B cells. TFH differentiation depends on the expression of its master regulator Bcl6, the chemokine receptor CXCR5 and the production of IL-21. TFH cells play essential roles in protective T-cell dependent antibody responses, regulating multiple biological processes including germinal center formation, B cell affinity maturation, class switch recombination, plasma cell differentiation and memory B cell differentiation. In this review, we summarize the current knowledge about TFH differentiation process, key molecules in TFH differentiation, and discuss roles of TFH in humoral immunity.
